PRIMARY SERVICES
Project Consulting
At SurveyWerks, we understand that all of our customers
are unique. Before we can help you tap into the minds of
your customers or employees we must first understand your
business and your survey research goals.
Survey Design
Based on our large survey library, we will work with you
to create a survey that best suits your business objectives
and will deliver maximum insight with minimal questions.
Each question must serve a distinct purpose; your survey
will be brief while delivering the valuable information
that your business needs.
Invitation & Response Management
Invitations are custom written in HTML to deliver a strong
visual impact and deliver the maximum response rate. An
additional HTML follow up e-mail message will be send during
the mid point of the project to boost response rates.
Report Writing
SurveyWerks will generate reports for you. Our proprietary
surveying software can generate up to 12 different report
types and we'll even custom write reports for you to ensure
that the data is presented to you in the most informative and
user friendly formats. Our standard reporting includes
individual reports, summary reports and narrative comments reports.
Data Analysis
SurveyWerks will analyze your survey results and write a customer
executive summary regarding your survey and the survey results. We
will highlight your greatest strengths and weaknesses as viewed by
your survey respondents. We can also supply you with a comprehensive
list of the most and least satisfied respondents.
Presentation
Once the data has been fully analyzed to your specifications, SurveyWerks
will create a presentation of findings that includes an Executive Summary,
List of strengths and weaknesses, Customer/Employee level of commitment,
Customer/Employee level of satisfaction, Comments analysis with summary and Complete data set.
OPTIONAL SERVICES
Paper Based Surveys
For employees or customers that do not have access to a computer,
surveys can be distributed on paper with a postage paid return
envelope. Results will then be keyed in by a SurveyWerks data processor.
Phone Surveys
Surveys can also be administered by phone for either a small or large
segment of your employees or customers.
Incentive Management
We strongly encourage all of our customers to provide a survey incentive.
Providing an incentive is proven to improve your overall response rate and
reduce mid survey dropouts. A custom Thank-You page can deliver the incentive
or re-direct them to the incentive.
Data Management
Your survey data can be exported for you in a variety of formats. Your data
can be stored for future comparisons to additional surveys or can be imported
into other systems for storage or analysis.
Technical Support
During the survey project, SurveyWerks will provide full technical support for
all respondents.
Custom Programming
On an as needed basis, SurveyWerks can customize the surveying and/or reporting
systems to meet your unique needs.
